It is our priority to keep us all safe and healthy as we resume our service offerings at Taylor Made Fitness.  

 

  • A pre-signed liability waiver is required upon each gym visit.    

  • Pre-payment for services are required before entering the gym.

  •  You must reserve your time slot online; first come first serve.

  • Walk-ins will not be accepted.  All appointments must be made directly with the trainer or online.

  • New clients are required to schedule a consultation prior to first appointment/session.

  • Do not bring additional guests to your session if they aren't participating in the session.

  • Do not bring children to sessions who are not receiving services. Children must be of age to receive services without the presence of a parent or guardian.

  • The appropriate dynamic warm up must take place before the start of each workout.

  • When using restroom, wash hands with soap and hot water for 20 seconds before re-entering the gym.

  • Leave all extra belongings in your car.  No backpacks, tote or gym bags or purses, please.  Only bring your keys, phone and water bottle.

  • Clients are required to wipe down station/equipment after each use.

  • No shows, same day cancellations and appointments not canceled within 12 hours will be charged a $30 fee.
