A pre-signed liability waiver is required upon each gym visit.

Pre-payment for services are required before entering the gym.

You must reserve your time slot online; first come first serve.

Walk-ins will not be accepted. All appointments must be made directly with the trainer or online.

New clients are required to schedule a consultation prior to first appointment/session.

Do not bring additional guests to your session if they aren't participating in the session.

Do not bring children to sessions who are not receiving services. Children must be of age to receive services without the presence of a parent or guardian.

The appropriate dynamic warm up must take place before the start of each workout.

When using restroom, wash hands with soap and hot water for 20 seconds before re-entering the gym.

Leave all extra belongings in your car. No backpacks, tote or gym bags or purses, please. Only bring your keys, phone and water bottle.

Clients are required to wipe down station/equipment after each use.

No shows, same day cancellations and appointments not canceled within 12 hours will be charged a $30 fee.
